I had Alan from Westcork install my Tesla wall charger today. He did a great job and the charger is installed in a very convenient spot within my garage. It required a bit of work connecting from my switch board to garage which were on opposite ends of my house.Alan is a perfectionist and appeared highly disciplined and thoughtful about the work that he does. We had an absolutely lovely experience with Alan when he came to install our fans in Dulwich Hill. He was incredibly kind, professional, arrived on time, and gave me a full demo of the fans (I had no idea fans had a "winter mode" that draws warm air down, and I'm very glad he showed me or else I'd be forgiven for thinking the fans didn't circulate air properly!).I'll go as far as saying it was the best experience I've ever had with a tradie, and I couldn't be more grateful for our fans going into summer. I highly recommend Westcork Electricals. Their service from my first phone call was exceptional. I couldn't fault it. Triaged by a central office, and immediately forwarded to an electrician for my choice of on-site or online quote. The online quote was guided, and I provided necessary photos. The quote redirected on the same day was detailed and acceptable. The follow-up communication was exemplary, including text messages leading up to the scheduled appointment to install 2 ceiling fans in time for a hot summer. Alan, was on time, took took the time to ensure the fans were working as perfectly as he thought they should, going over and above what I expected of any electrician. We will definitely be keeping Wesrcork, and Alan, on speed dial for any electrical work to be done in the future. Westcork's work model should be the benchmark for all similar businesses - trade or other.

If you’re looking for an electric car charger install, look no further!!Found Westcork through the Tesla website. Alan responded to my enquiry same day and was super quick and thorough with explaining the process, and running me through the install step-by-step. Westcork beat out the competition by a mile in terms of both price and timeframe. Other installers were quoting a lead time of 4-6 weeks and were coming out 20ish% higher. Alan had the install done and dusted within a week of me contacting him, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the result!!

I engaged Westcork Electrical to install 2 new power points at our place via their website through a recommendation from a Facebook group and could not recommend Alan and the team more highly.Alan got back to me promptly after i submitted the enquiry and provided a very thorough analysis of work to be done. Through this Alan was able to provide the quote for the work requested plus also a video explainer of my current power board and need for some remediation work to bring it up to safety regulations. He was very upfront about this and clear on the regulation for the remediation work, he went to the trouble of providing a video explainer of this which was very clear and concise.Once the quote and scope of works was agreed to the schedule process was also very clear and efficient. We were affected by bad weather which required a reshedule, but the office was quick in calling up to book in the next available time. The communication and confirmations were excellent via email and SMS.On the day of the job, Alan arrived bang on time with even a courtesy SMS 15 minutes before his arrival time. Alan was professional but very friendly. The job was done without fuss and the outcome was as agreed to. Alan left the place very clean and he took great care in his wiring and installation of the power points and power board components.Couldn't be happier with the professional and friendly service and high quality of workmanship and pride in their work. Will be calling on them for all future electrical work.

We had an absolutely lovely experience with Alan when he came to install our fans in Dulwich Hill. He was incredibly kind, professional, arrived on time, and gave me a full demo of the fans (I had no idea fans had a "winter mode" that draws warm air down, and I'm very glad he showed me or else I'd be forgiven for thinking the fans didn't circulate air properly!).I'll go as far as saying it was the best experience I've ever had with a tradie, and I couldn't be more grateful for our fans going into summer. I highly recommend Westcork Electricals. Their service from my first phone call was exceptional. I couldn't fault it. Triaged by a central office, and immediately forwarded to an electrician for my choice of on-site or online quote. The online quote was guided, and I provided necessary photos. The quote redirected on the same day was detailed and acceptable. The follow-up communication was exemplary, including text messages leading up to the scheduled appointment to install 2 ceiling fans in time for a hot summer. Alan, was on time, took took the time to ensure the fans were working as perfectly as he thought they should, going over and above what I expected of any electrician. We will definitely be keeping Wesrcork, and Alan, on speed dial for any electrical work to be done in the future. Westcork's work model should be the benchmark for all similar businesses - trade or other.

I contacted Westcork Electrical for an EV charger to be installed. If you’re looking for an electric car charger install, look no further!!Found Westcork through the Tesla website. Alan responded to my enquiry same day and was super quick and thorough with explaining the process, and running me through the install step-by-step. Westcork beat out the competition by a mile in terms of both price and timeframe. Other installers were quoting a lead time of 4-6 weeks and were coming out 20ish% higher. Alan had the install done and dusted within a week of me contacting him, and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the result!!

Alan was professional and on time and got the jobs done.I had Tesla charger installed, upgraded my fuse board to RCD's a new 15A power point installed etc.Alan, also came back promptly to deal with small weird problem (Telsa vs Battery vs Solar vs Mobile software)And then dealt with an even weirder problem that was actually Tesla's fault. Alan at Westcork Electrical did a fantastic job of installation of an exhaust fan in our bathroom and replacement of light switch fixtures to increase from one to two sockets. He was extremely professional and helpful along the whole journey. The ability to provide a quote without need for a visit was fantastic as it meant less stress for my dog. His communication via email and phone was incredible and is extremely reliant.Alan made sure to provide us with the best possible option but also ensuring the quality of the work and aesthetic was considered as well. I engaged Westcork Electrical to install 2 new power points at our place via their website through a recommendation from a Facebook group and could not recommend Alan and the team more highly.Alan got back to me promptly after i submitted the enquiry and provided a very thorough analysis of work to be done. Through this Alan was able to provide the quote for the work requested plus also a video explainer of my current power board and need for some remediation work to bring it up to safety regulations. He was very upfront about this and clear on the regulation for the remediation work, he went to the trouble of providing a video explainer of this which was very clear and concise.Once the quote and scope of works was agreed to the schedule process was also very clear and efficient. We were affected by bad weather which required a reshedule, but the office was quick in calling up to book in the next available time. The communication and confirmations were excellent via email and SMS.On the day of the job, Alan arrived bang on time with even a courtesy SMS 15 minutes before his arrival time. Alan was professional but very friendly. The job was done without fuss and the outcome was as agreed to. Alan left the place very clean and he took great care in his wiring and installation of the power points and power board components.Couldn't be happier with the professional and friendly service and high quality of workmanship and pride in their work. Will be calling on them for all future electrical work.
